Shopfitting: We have experience in every market sector and work environment. In fact, we have exceptional experience in the widest range of projects for the widest range of clients. Our unquenchable thirst for ever-more challenging projects is how, and why, we will work best for our clients.
Project Management: As a company we work in a refreshing way because we never isolate our clients from the project in which we are both involved in. See us design, build, install and manage all aspects of any project. Our mantra is partnership – our goal is perfection.
Computer Aided Design: Edge CAD technology providing 2d and 3d drawings for plans, elevations and electrical layouts.
Commercial Refurbishment: Complete office refurbishment providing partitioning, glazing, flooring, store wall and Bespoke furniture.
Repairs, Expansion & Maintenance: Involvement in our clients on going maintenance and repairs in particular with large chain companies for a small repair or maintenance of something like a roller shutter or security item.
Heating and Ventilation: This area encompasses all aspects of heating, air conditioning and extraction requirements.
Staff Welfare Solutions: Canteen and breakout areas are an important element for the welfare of staff in any working environment.
Bespoke Joinery & Furniture: From a bespoke furniture solution for a single room to a complete refurbishment of a property.
Structural Alterations: New extensions, internal brick work alterations, layout changes and demolition works.
Legal Support & Advice: This encompasses all aspects of health and safety, CDM compliance and building regulations.

We aim to minimise disruption and the loss of income to our trading clients during the project and our clear communication and commitment to time frames allows our clients to get on with the running of their business rather than site managing the build.

As a company Approved Contracts will do everything in its ability to keep our clients trading during refurbishment/maintenance or emergency works.

We never leave our clients in the dark, we pride ourselves on good, clear communication.
Quality. Nobody is going to thank us for using poor quality materials or sub-standard finishing. Things look old before their time or break. It is false economy and quite simply a thing that we do not do at Approved Contracts
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
I am married to Nikki who is my partner and wife for the past 29 years. We have two grown up daughters and our pets are a Persian cat and two West Highland Terriers. I enjoy walking, golf, motorcycling, reading and socialising. I have spent most of my life building the business and bettering my families quality of life. I have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy mentoring for the Princes Trust.
BURNING DESIRE:
To be able to retire with enough money to travel the world with Nikki.
