Edward’s Trust supports children and families during serious illness and bereavement and is now in its 21st year of service to families throughout the Midlands. 

This charity gives to parents and children who suffer bereavement, a unique mix of professional counselling and supportive care. Edward’s Trust is a lifeline to families bereaved from some of the most complex and tragic causes. 

Edward’s Trust offers its services to parents bereaved of a child and children bereaved of a parent, carer or sibling, regardless of the nature of the loss or the family’s financial, social or cultural circumstances.

They also provide pre-death support to parents, families and children facing the imminent death of their loved one. This increasing side of their work relies on the vast experience and sensitivity of its highly trained staff who work with the families throughout their devastation and grief.

To be there at a family’s time of need in their grief, Edward’s Trust relies totally on donations. The reality is that many families would continue to be emotionally bereft without the support and care of Edward’s Trust. You can be assured that all the donations and monies raised this evening for Edward’s Trust will be used to make the maximum impact on the lives of those most in need.

Although getting older I remain young at heart. Love cooking, eating out, wine, and my favourite place so far in the world is New Zealand.

To have the time to travel more and explore some of the amazing places around the world, preferably with someone who would enjoy it as much as me
